Pitch fees from traders, and packages for groups, paid long before the gates open.
Music, food, arts and community festivals take money from two kinds of buyer: the traders who rent a pitch, and the groups and VIP guests who buy a package. Send each one their own link, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Every link is one payment for one order.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.
Check yours in ten secondsTraders, groups and early buyers, months before the day.
Trader pitch fees come in months ahead
Food, craft and drinks traders book a pitch early, and chasing each fee by bank transfer takes the weeks you need for planning.
Send each trader one link for their pitch, with the pitch number as the description. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
Group and VIP packages are big orders
A camping group, a company outing or a VIP table is one large order, sometimes from someone in another country.
Send one link per package, or one per person if each guest pays their own share. They pay from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
Weather and line-up changes happen
Money is paid well before the day, and a storm or a cancelled act turns into questions from everyone who paid.
Your own terms decide what happens. A payment taken this way is a full payment, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself.
Pitch fees and package payments settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
One pitch or one package, one link.
Agree the pitch or the package
The trader's pitch and what it includes, or the package and how many people it covers.
Send one link for that order
The trader or guest pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What a festival organiser asks first.
Can I sell general admission tickets this way?
Only one order at a time. Every link takes exactly one payment, so each order needs its own link, made by you or by your own booking website. Zoyn does not issue tickets, scan them at the gate or run seat maps.
A trader wants to pay a deposit now and the rest later.
Send them as two links, each for a fixed amount. There are no instalments and nothing is charged automatically.
The festival was cancelled because of the weather.
Your terms decide what is owed. A payment taken this way is a full payment, not a card hold, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Will you take my festival?
We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
Running a trade show or conference? Read the page for exhibition organisers. Running other events? Read the page for events. Not sure we'd take your business? See exactly how we decide.
