The deposit comes long before the trip
Liveaboard trips are often booked many months ahead, with the balance due before departure.
Send the deposit link when the booking is confirmed, and the balance link when it is due. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
Divers come from everywhere
Most guests at a dive centre or on a boat live in another country.
They pay your link from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
Plans change on the day
A diver adds a course, extra dives or equipment hire, or does not dive after all.
Send anything extra as its own link. Your terms decide what is owed if a diver does not dive. Zoyn has no refund button: any refund you owe is a payment you send from your own wallet.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

Can the balance be charged automatically?
No. Zoyn keeps no card on file and charges nothing automatically. Each payment is its own link, which you send when it is due.
A group of divers wants to pay separately.
Send each diver their own link for their share. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount. A link is never passed round a group.
A travel agent abroad is paying for their divers.
Send the agent one link per booking, with the booking number in the description. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
Does paying by link cover package-travel rules?
If you sell a liveaboard cabin, or a room at your dive centre, together with the diving, transfers or flights, the rules in your divers' home countries, such as the UK and EU rules that require package sellers to protect travellers' money if the seller goes out of business, may treat you as a package organiser even if you are based elsewhere, and meeting them is yours to do however you are paid: Zoyn does not protect divers' payments, does not cover anyone if a business fails, and has no refund button.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
