Take a vehicle deposit that settles to a wallet you control.
Dealers, parts sellers and repair shops write large average tickets against fulfilment that waits on a part, a paint booth, or a delivery date. Card companies underwrite that combination as risk and price it with reserves and ticket caps. Once the payment confirms on the network, it is treated as final, and the risk the reserve was covering is not there to price.
The problem is the gap between paying and delivering.
Ticket caps on the sale you actually want to make
A vehicle sale is an outlier against the average ticket a card company underwrote you for. Per-transaction ceilings and manual review on large tickets are a normal response to that shape of risk in this category.
There is no card-company-style application process for a higher ceiling — a payment link simply carries the amount you set, and the payment confirms at that amount, though wallet, network, and provider limits still apply.
A reserve held against a backordered part
The customer pays on Monday; the part lands in three weeks. That gap sits inside the card company's dispute window, and a rolling reserve is the usual underwriting answer to a long, parts-dependent fulfilment cycle.
A settled on-chain transfer is not a card-network dispute rail, on any ticket — the exposure a card company reserves against does not exist here.
One repair, three parties to pay
A job can owe the workshop that did the labour, the supplier that shipped the part, and the introducing partner that sent the customer. That reconciliation usually happens days later, out of a single lump settlement.
Settlement reaches your wallet after the required network confirmations, so the people you owe can be paid on timing you control, from your own wallet, out of money that has already settled.
Paying overseas parts suppliers
Sourcing a component from another market means a wire, a correspondent bank, an FX spread, and days of float you cannot bill anyone for.
Paying a supplier is a USDC transfer you sign from your own wallet — no banking intermediary in the path and no float to wait on.
One payment, settled to a wallet you control.
Create the link for the job
Set the amount and the reference — a deposit, a repair order, a vehicle balance. The link is yours to send however you already reach the customer.
The customer pays their way
Card or crypto on a hosted checkout. Card availability depends on the buyer's location, currency, and available checkout providers. Card-funded payments are handled by the checkout provider, so you never touch card data.
Your share is fixed up front
The shares are fixed when your payments are set up: your share and the platform fee. Every payment follows them exactly, and each one can be checked on a public record.
USDC lands in wallets you control
Settlement is treated as final only after the required network confirmations, into a wallet you control. Zoyn is not in the path and never holds the funds.

Jurisdictions we cannot serve
We cannot onboard merchants operating from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed anywhere.
Wallet addresses you'll be paid to are checked against sanctions lists when you enter them, and re-checked every day after that.

What automotive sales & service merchants ask first.
A customer changes their mind on a deposit. How do we refund?
You send the refund yourself, from your own wallet, on the terms in your own deposit policy. Nothing was pulled from the customer's account, so Zoyn does not reverse it, and there is no card-scheme chargeback fee on wallet payments. Your policy governs the refund rather than a card company's dispute rules. For card payments, your payment provider handles card disputes with the cardholder's bank.
We sell vehicles and we also do small service jobs. Does that mix work?
Yes. Each payment link carries its own fixed amount, so a four-figure service invoice and a five-figure vehicle balance are the same mechanic with a different number in it. There is no averaged ticket profile to stay inside, because nobody is underwriting a dispute risk that on-chain settlement does not create.
Do you ever hold our money?
No. Zoyn is not a payment processor and never takes custody. Payments pass automatically from the buyer to a wallet you control, and the wallets a payment goes to are fixed when your payments are set up.
