Payments for fulfilment and warehousing

Storage and fulfilment invoices, paid one link at a time.

Fulfilment centres, 3PL warehouses and cold stores bill brands for storage, picking and packing. Each invoice is its own link, and there is no automatic monthly charge. Stablecoins settle to a wallet you control.

Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.

Why this is harder than it looks

A brand far away, an invoice every month, and costs before the first order ships.

The brand paying you is in another country

Many brands keep stock in a warehouse abroad so they can deliver quickly to buyers there. Paying that warehouse's invoice across a border can be slow and expensive for them.

The brand pays from its own wallet, wherever it is based, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

Every month, another invoice to chase

Storage by the pallet, picks, packs and returns handling add up to an invoice every month, and some brands pay late.

Send each invoice as its own link, with your invoice number as the description. There is no automatic monthly charge: you send the next link when you raise the next invoice.

Costs start before the first order ships

Setting up a new brand, receiving its first delivery and putting the stock away all happen before any order goes out.

Send a separate link for the setup and receiving fee before the stock arrives. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.

Invoice payments settle to a wallet only you control.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

How it works

One invoice, one link.

1

Raise the invoice as you do today

Storage, picks, packs and anything else agreed with the brand.

2

Send one link for it

A fixed amount, with your invoice number as the description.

3

The payment reaches your wallet

After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.

Common questions

What a warehouse asks first.

Can the brand be charged automatically each month?

No. Every link is a single payment for a fixed amount, and nothing is charged automatically. Each monthly invoice is its own link that you send.

Does this work for cold storage?

Yes. Chilled and frozen storage is invoiced the same way: one link for each invoice, with nothing repeating on its own.

And for cross-docking?

Yes. Each job or each invoice is its own link, sent when the work is done or on your usual invoice run.

Can Zoyn pay the couriers and carriers for me?

No. Zoyn doesn't make payments on your behalf. It is the software you use to get paid by your brands, and nothing else.

A brand disputes part of an invoice. What then?

Your service agreement decides what is owed. A wallet payment is not reversed by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; a card-funded payment can still be disputed under the provider's own rules. Zoyn has no refund button.

What does it cost me?

A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.

Will you take my warehouse?

We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.

Moving goods rather than storing them? Read the page for freight forwarders. Not sure we'd take your warehouse? See exactly how we decide.

Send your next warehouse invoice as one link.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is software. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a payment gateway, a money transmitter or a money services business. Zoyn is never the seller in a sale (the "merchant of record"). Zoyn never holds a shop's money, and does not decide how long a payment company may hold it. When a customer pays by card or bank, the payment company handles that payment under its own terms and may hold it for a short time. The money then goes to the shop's own payment contract once the payment network has confirmed it.

Businesses can be based in 64 jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Customers can pay from 130+ countries through the checkout providers we connect to; which countries customers can pay from is set by those providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
