Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

The couple pays you for planning the wedding. What they owe the venue, the caterer, the photographer or anyone else is between them and that supplier, under that supplier's own terms.
Zoyn does not pay suppliers for you or for the couple, and it does not share one payment between several businesses. Each link pays you, and only you.
What a wedding planner asks first.
Can the rest of my fee be charged automatically?
No. Zoyn keeps no card on file and charges nothing automatically. Each payment is its own link, which you send when it is due.
The couple's parents are paying part of it.
Send each person their own link for their share. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount, paid by one person.
The couple moves the date or cancels.
Your contract decides what is owed. A deposit taken this way is a full payment, not a card hold, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
I also book rooms and transfers for the guests. Does that change anything?
If you also sell the couple or their guests rooms, transfers or flights as part of the trip, the rules in their home countries, such as the UK and EU rules that require package sellers to protect travellers' money if the seller goes out of business, may treat you as a package organiser, and meeting them is yours to do however you are paid: Zoyn does not protect anyone's payments, does not cover anyone if a business fails, and has no refund button.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
