Take the surgery deposit and the balance, each as one link.
Cosmetic and plastic surgery clinics take a deposit to book a theatre date weeks ahead, then the balance before surgery. Send each as its own payment link, with your quote or invoice number as the description. Patients pay from their own wallet, including patients abroad, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. There is no financing and there are no instalments.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.

When a large payment is declined
A surgery deposit and balance run into thousands, and a single payment that size can be stopped by the patient's bank.
The patient pays from their own wallet, for the exact amount on the link; wallet, network and compliance limits still apply. A card option may also appear at checkout: buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks, and a large card purchase can be declined or asked for ID.
A deposit weeks ahead, a balance before surgery
The consultation produces a written quote, and the deposit confirms the date.
Send the deposit and the balance as two links, each a fixed amount, with the quote or invoice number as the description — never the procedure or the patient's name.
A disagreement long after the payment
In this trade a patient's complaint can arrive months after they paid.
Your clinic's own policy decides what is returned. A deposit taken this way is a full payment, not a card hold, so returning any unused part is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
Deposits and balances settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
A deposit link, then a balance link.
Send the quote and the deposit link
A fixed amount, with the quote or invoice number as the description.
The patient pays before the date
From their own wallet, wherever they live. A card option may appear where available in their country.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What a cosmetic surgery clinic asks first.
Can a patient spread the cost?
No. There is no financing and there are no instalments. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount, and nothing is charged automatically.
What goes in the link description?
Your quote or invoice number only. Never the procedure or the patient's name. The link only needs to tell the patient which quote they are paying.
Can a family member pay for the patient?
Yes. Whoever pays the link pays it once, for the amount on it. Send the link to the person who is actually paying.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Do you accept my clinic?
We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
Treating patients who travel from abroad for other surgery? Read the page for international patients. Running a hair restoration clinic? Read the page for hair transplant clinics. Not sure we'd take your business? See exactly how we decide.
