A tour operator abroad books a whole group
Group tours are often bought by an operator in another country, weeks ahead, for a coach-load of visitors. An international bank transfer for one group is slow to arrange and costly for both sides.
Send one link for the group booking, with your booking number as the description. The operator pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
The headcount changes after the booking
Schools and clubs book for forty, then twelve more sign up, or six drop out the week before.
Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount. Extra places are one more link for the difference. Money owed back under your own booking terms is a payment you send yourself; Zoyn has no refund button.
A private hire is a large booking with a lot at stake
An evening hire of a gallery, an after-hours zoo event or a wedding at a heritage site is booked months ahead and priced like a venue.
Take a deposit link when the date is agreed and a second link for the balance before the event. Nothing is charged automatically.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And an organiser paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

What an attraction asks first.
Can I sell single entry tickets at the gate with this?
Not well. A gate sale needs a ticketing system, and Zoyn isn't one. A payment link fits a booking you quote: a group visit, a school trip or a private hire.
Does this work for museums, zoos, aquariums and heritage sites?
Yes. Each is the same shape: a group or a hire quoted ahead, paid by one link. Theme parks taking group and corporate bookings work the same way.
What should the link description say for a school group?
Your booking number and the school's name, if you like. Never a child's name.
A group cancelled. How do I return their money?
Your booking terms decide what is owed back. Returning it is a payment you send yourself. A wallet payment is not reversed by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; a card-funded payment can still be disputed under the provider's own rules.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
