Payments for airport transfers

Payments for airport transfer companies.

Your traveller books the ride before they fly, usually from another country. Send one link for the fare when you confirm, and it settles to a wallet you control after the required network confirmations. One link, one booking, nothing charged automatically.

Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.

Why this is harder than it looks

A traveller abroad, a car already on its way, and a flight you don't control.

The traveller books from another country

Nearly every transfer is booked by someone who hasn't landed yet, usually from a foreign bank card, and usually a first-time client who has never heard of you.

Send one link for the fare when you confirm the booking. The traveller pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

An unpaid booking is a wasted trip to the airport

A driver who waits at arrivals for someone who never booked properly costs you the fuel, the parking and the next job.

Ask for the fare before the day of travel. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount, so the booking is paid before the car leaves.

“The driver wasn't there” — or the flight was late

Delays, missed flights and meeting-point mix-ups are where transfer disputes come from.

Your booking terms decide what is owed if a flight is missed or delayed. When a traveller pays from their own wallet, Zoyn does not reverse it after the required network confirmations; a card-funded payment can still be disputed under the provider's own rules.

Fares settle to a wallet only you control.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a traveller paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

How it works

One booking, one link.

1

Confirm the booking and send the link

A fixed fare, with your booking number as the description.

2

The traveller pays before they fly

From their own wallet, or by card where available in their country.

3

The payment reaches your wallet

After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.

Common questions

What a transfer company asks first.

Can I send one link for the outward trip and the return?

Yes, if you price them together. Or send two links, one for each journey. Every link is a single payment for a fixed amount.

A traveller cancelled. How do I give the money back?

Your booking terms decide what is owed back. Returning it is a payment you send yourself; Zoyn has no refund button.

A company books transfers for its staff every month. Can it be charged automatically?

No. Each invoice is its own link, and there is no automatic monthly charge. You send the month's invoice as one link and the company pays it.

What does it cost me?

A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.

Will you take my transfer company?

We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.

Zoyn is software. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a payment gateway, a money transmitter or a money services business. Zoyn is never the seller in a sale (the "merchant of record"). Zoyn never holds a shop's money, and does not decide how long a payment company may hold it. When a customer pays by card or bank, the payment company handles that payment under its own terms and may hold it for a short time. The money then goes to the shop's own payment contract once the payment network has confirmed it.

Businesses can be based in 64 jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Customers can pay from 130+ countries through the checkout providers we connect to; which countries customers can pay from is set by those providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
